  • Deadlock of Ukrainian counterattack will led to loss of territory

  • America, Britain and European nations committed to supply military hardware, including missiles

Both Presidents of Ukraine and Russia are now using missiles in some sort of tennis match hitting each other's cities in an attempt to push each other into a climbdown and an avenue of peace talks between both sides.

Putin is under a lot of pressure within Russia with oligarchs and warlords trying to see when the time is right to depose Putin from power and putting themselves in positions of power, which includes the biggest prize being President of the Russian Federation in the heart of Moscow, the corridors of power in the Kremlin.

The recently deceased Wagner boss Yevgeny Prigozhin in a plane crash inside Russia, publicly criticised the Generals in the Kremlin who have been in charge and overseen the war and Russiass strategy in trying to subdue the Ukrainians and force President Zelenskyy to give up the eastern part of Ukraine and the treasured territory of Crimea.

What's interesting that President Zelenskyy has put pressure on President Biden, the British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, and other Western European leaders in supplying Ukraine with missiles and other military hardware to gain an advantage over Russia in the much-anticipated counterattack to push the Russians out of every inch of Ukraine, including Crimea.

Whether it is Ukraine, Russia, United States, United Kingdom and the other European nations of using and supplying so much military hardware including missiles have depleted stocks and by firing missiles from each side this is a game of who's going to run out of missiles and end up becoming vulnerable and potentially losing the advantage, which could lead to losing territory either gained or lost since Putin ordered his armed forces invading and stealing Crimea in 2014.

Russia actually hit the western Ukraine city of Lviv with missiles, which hasn't been attacked by Russia since the war started in February 2022.

What's fairly new is finding out that Russia is using their superior bombers and firing cruise air-to-land missiles from within Russian territory, as they are trying to evade Ukraine firing land-to-air missiles supplied mostly by Great Britain.

Ukraine have been using Britain's Storm Shadow missiles which are stealth and usually fired whilst airborne, though Ukraine does not possess fighter aircraft that can fire these British missiles, so they've had to convert them to fire them surface-to-surface and being mindful that the Russians do not trace where the Ukrainians firing positions.

The Ukraine's have been using very light and inexpensive drones very effectively and have shown to the world how the battlefield has changed, and has even led the Russians to seek further supplies of drones from their ally Iran and has now started to expand their development of their own drones.

The Ukrainians have been seeking an opening to the Russians defence and have seen a few of their weakest parts of their defended frontline, while still using their stockpile of missiles to hit their supply routes and ammunition hubs and even several times in the heart of Crimea.

What's known for sure is that firing missiles like having a tennis match is not going to end this war, which shouldn't have even started in the first place, but pressure on all sides is starting to show and the cracks will only get wider, so it is necessary for either Ukraine goes all out to claim as much occupied territory as possible, or firing missiles and losing the east of Ukraine and Crimea.
