Reform UK make English political history in gaining over 600 local council seats, while the Conservatives and Labour combined loss of over 700 seats!

England's local elections to select councillors have seen a shocking shift from the two largest political parties the Conservatives and Labour combined loss of over 700 seats, which has made English political history.
However, the biggest winner is Reform UK taking 677 council seats and the Liberal Democrats have taken 370 both political parties now having more seats than the Conservatives and Labour.
Reform UK is now the Opposition as far as council seats in England, and when the next General Election comes it could become the next Government, with their leader Nigel Farage becoming Prime Minister.
The Conservatives are worried about Reform UK and Nigel Farage because they lost many votes and a few seats to the newly formed political party and now Labour are trying to have a strategy to win back support from their strongholds especially in the North of England to prevent Reform UK from gaining power in Westminster.

Nigel Farage has welcomed a new seat to Parliament taking Runcorn and Helsby from Labour and won the by-election by just 6 votes.

The newly elected Reform MP Sarah Pochin who was a former Conservative councillor takes Reform UK's total seats in the United Kingdom to six, though Nigel Farage is confident that he can take his political party to form a government.
The Liberal Democrats leader Ed Davey is just as enthusiastic as Nigel Farage in gaining an extra 163 council seats to take their tally throughout England to 370.

The Liberal Democrats could in theory challenge both the Conservatives and Labour at the next General Election and gain more parliamentary seats on top of their 72 seats they currently have.

Even the Green Party has made a dent securing a further 42 council seats making their total to 79 across England.
It seems that voters who either voted for Reform UK or the other minority political parties taking precious votes from the Conservatives due to not tackling illegal immigration leading to Labour's victory, which has now waned due to the Farming Tax and the increase of Employers National Insurance has seen the population losing out and this is being blamed for the huge loss of votes from both of Britain's leading political parties.
Now we will see British voters have a choice between the trio of alternative political parties Reform UK, Liberal Democrats and the Green Party.
The future is now very uncertain in the political spectrum in the United Kingdom, and anything can change until the next General Election.
